Spend a day in a beautiful calm environment and give your wellbeing a boost. Take time out to check in with your body and mind, get some exercise and boost your energy.

A typical wellbeing day will consist of……….

9am – Welcome with a selection of herbal teas and coffee.

10am – Gentle warm up and stretch

10.15am – Barre concept class

11.45am – Pilates class (with a focus on posture and gait)

1pm – A delicious home cooked ‘superfood’ lunch which will not leave you hungry

2.15pm – Outdoor walk in the surrounding countryside (with a focus on mindfulness and gait)

3.30pm – Stretch, relaxation and mindfulness class.

The day will finish at around 4.30pm but you are welcome to stay on and just relax under our cosy blankets in the main studio. Holistic treatments such as Hot stone massages and luxury facials are available to book throughout the day at an additional cost.

The cost for the day is £95 to include all classes and lunch. Parking is free and easy. There will be a strict maximum of 8 people to allow for personal attention and correction during classes. A medical questionnaire will be sent out prior to the day so that teachers can familiarise themselves with clients individual needs so you get the most out of your day.
